点评：Unfortunately I cannot respond to the previous comment on user "Humboldt". And as a freelance instructor I am not not speaking for or on behalf of the training center. Effectively Endeavour is not responsible for the outcome of a training I gave as an instructor.
Of course its my responsibility to bring everyone to a good level as crew ond/or skipper. The couple reviewing here chose explcitly me and Endeavour for further education after being with me as skipper in Norway earlier this year.
We had 1:1-feedbacks/de-briefs on 9 training days every day. The described "shouting" was used as a verbal warning effectively when the students steered the boat into situations like accidental gybes, which could harm the boat and crew. At the end I couldn't issue a certificate to the student which lead to - I deeply understand that - disappointment. And yes - even that's true - there was a kind of escalation when I stated clear that it would be better not to go on additional trips with me, which affected a 2025 planning we arranged earlier. So yes, I'm personally responsible for the outcome, but the road-rage-like review needs to be seen in the full context.
Endeavour is a very professional training center and I deeply enjoy the work with and for them.
