The worst possible ski school, poor management, rude and dismissive customer support.

点评：I just had the worst possible experience with a ski lesson program. This Facility is run in a very unorganized way. You will be wasting your time and money using their ski lessons. They are only a money grab. They take your money and say "it is what it is" and "this is the best we can do!".
They are rude, unprofessional, and not fit to be in the hospitality business. This is one of those business that are doomed to failure and will disappear soon, unless they change the way they treat their clients and customers.
I did send a detailed complaint to their email, to give them an opportunity to respond and to address the problem. They have not done that yet.
We are in a 7 week private lesson program, two weeks in a row, no instructor showed up. They assigned assistant instructors randomly each week. If you expect your child to learn anything, you are mistaken.
You think you pay for 1 hr lesson, they intentionally start lessons at least 15 minutes late and finish at about 5 to 10 minutes early. The rest of the 1 hr, so called "one-on-one" lesson is mostly spent in the line ups.
Parking was unattended and completely full. People park wherever they want, as they is no flag person. High risk of being run over or to get involved in an accident. No accountability by the facility to create a safe environment.
Any interaction you have with them is rude and unpleasant. It feels like as if they are granting a favor to allow you to pay them to use their facility!
With several other good slopes in the area and across GTA, long and short of it is : Anywhere but Dagmar....
