点评:Amazing place full of relics about the battle and lots of items all carefully restored. Two large tanks outside on the grass and its situated about 1 mile from the Cemetery. Paid about 10 Euros entrance fee. I passed a small museum before this and was confused because this had collections from the war and was situated in a large house and shed. I paid about 8 Euros to see that although it was worthwhile.
Lots of displays and you get a real feel for the D Day landings and the horror that was facing people as they landed. After walking round here I turned left out of the gate and followed the signs first to the cemetery then down to the beach. The beach had memorials there and it was really Eerie. I didn't realise just how close this was to the cliffs and the beach itself
I took my wife here the second time. She liked the visit and like me was overwhelmed with the area adorned with photo's of military men who took part, men from both sides.
