Terrible Parking Payment Machines, poor cafe but good footpaths.
Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre的点评
点评：The car park machines are appalling. The instructions say "press the blue button" but there are three blue buttons and none of them get the credit card prompt to work. I gave up with one machine. Eventually after a great deal of effort I somehow managed to get the second machine to work but they are exceptionally poor.
The cafe is a bit sad. A sign says "Where Legends Feast" well I don't know what they feast on unless they're happy with a bag of crisps or a pastry. There weren't even any sandwiches at 12:30 which is not good and no hot food. Luckily there's a cafe across the road in the Sherwood Forest Craft centre just across the road which is excellent.
The footpaths around the forest are well maintained and provide an opportunity for a good walk but sadly there isn't much to see.
