点评:After pre booking online the site asks for car reg ( for parking purposes) and when I arrived the car park was bursting with walk ins meaning we had to park at a housing estate around the back. I raised this with the lady in the counter and she said abruptly “ don’t bother putting your reg in then” I asked for the manager who then implied I had “mum stress” and “parking anxiety” patronisingly! She made it my fault that the parking system is poor and told me that the worker is never abrupt implying again that I was the problem…. Quite astounding. Some of the most shocking customer service I have ever received… I left with a very upset child.
Poor, poor Antz in your Pantz- gone downhill in so many ways- once a community hub and now a money grabbing machine with patronising and staff.
