点评：First the good, then the bad, so you get the full picture.
We booked a private car for 5 days. Overall, our experience was good. What really stood out is Andrea's excellent communication skills and extremely fast reply times. Whenever I texted her through WhatsApp, she always replied within minutes.
I also appreciate her being quick to resolve any issues or requests. At one point, we requested the driver arrive with a larger vehicle, and she was able to accommodate our request.
Additionally, both drivers that worked with us were extremely nice, and it was pleasant to spend the day with each of them.
Overall, this company seems to have nice people all around. I enjoyed my interactions with everyone from Andrea in the office to Ricardo, who drove us on some days, and Bruce, who drove us on other days.
Things that could have been better:
1. Over our 5 days, we had one day a different driver show up, and we also had a different vehicle almost every day. This is an issue because we paid to fill up a gas tank, used only half of it, and the next day the driver shows up with an empty tank, and we have to fill up again. It isn't super fair since every day we ended with half a tank of gas still in and essentially lost it even though we paid for it. Would have felt more fair if we were allowed to finish the gas we paid for in the same vehicle.
2. All of the vehicles were worn out and in poor condition. One driver showed up with a car that didn't even have all 4 tires (one tire was a spare tire). He drove from Kingston to Ocho Rios and back on a spare tire, which is not safe and not recommended.
