Let Loose的点评
点评：I have been to Let Loose Soft Play multiple times. I have always had a great experience. This past occasion however I found the staff to be quite rude.
I was at the cafe til in the process of ordering food, with a friend of mine. My friend handed me some packaged food as a gift. The person at the til interjected and said to me “you cannot eat that here”. It would have been one thing if I was opening it, or if staff overheard me talking about eating it, but it was neither of these things. My friend gave me a gift and the staff obviously were not a part of the conversation about it but decided to involve themselves nonetheless. I was at the til buying food and nothing about my conduct suggested I was going to violate the obvious rules (that are posted around the premises) about not consuming your own food on the premises. This left me with a very bad impression. Be polite to your customers and give them the benefit of the doubt. Unless they are violating the rules, don’t treat them like children at school.
