Beautiful but unprofessional wedding venue

点评：My family and I were apart of a wedding held at Nelson Ghost Town through Scenic Las Vegas Weddings. The backdrop is beautiful but the professionalism was severely lacking. No one greeted us (as part of a wedding) and no one offered instruction as to where the wedding was to take place on the property. Something of note is there is only one small building to wait in prior to the wedding and the majority of it is a small gift shop. Our wedding we were apart of was booked initially for 2 hours to have a sunset wedding. However upon arriving, we were told there was another wedding booked one hour after we got there and in fact the groom from that wedding was already there. You are not allowed to have your own hired photographer and must use their photographer. This would have been fine except the biggest problem with this venue was photographer. He was very unprofessional, rude, and honestly the photos he took were not of good quality. Immediately after the ceremony, the photographer began arguing and yelling at both the groom and the bride (on their wedding day!) about a misunderstanding that could have been very peaceably resolved at a later time. He also began telling people that they had to leave so part of the wedding party left. As a result of all of this, the bride and groom got incomplete and minimal photos of their wedding here. The entire reason this venue was chosen was for the photos and because of positive reviews on Google Maps. The bride and others have attempted to leave a review on Google and they have been removed, so it appears the owner only allows positive ones. It is just so sad that this place is so unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend.
