Good soft play however staff need to actually do something about the amount of older children using the toddlers area.

点评：Second visit yesterday because the soft play itself is good.
Biggest letdown is watching staff repeatedly circe the toddlers area and do absolutely NOTHING about children 8+ using the area. There were groups of older children telling little ones they couldn’t play with things, including my toddler . And just taking over all of the village area. I watched the staff look directly at this happening over and over again and just not care. They were clearly thrashing about. Parents rely on staff policing these situations otherwise the whole experience becomes uncomfortable for both toddler and parent. And it wasn’t just myself unhappy about it. Please actually do something about this.
Has put me off returning and it’s a shame as it’s one of the best soft plays.
