点评：Extremely mediocre product. Booked a couple's treatment which costs close to $400 and was left desiring for more.
The service itself was fine, but talking with a smile and saying "sorry" for every tickle or moan is not indicative of "good service" my partner's face started to burn during the facial and the spa attendant got defensive saying she is the first to complain about it instead of actually wiping the oil off.
Unlike other spas they don't wash your feet or ask you to wash off creams, hair gel etc. Similarly, there is nothing to wind down after the spa like a hot bath, unlike other spas around the world.
The treatment itself was literally them slapping every oil, body butter, cream they produce on your body without much rhythm. I don't know, I thought massages were meant to be relaxing but I frankly couldn't wait for it to be over.
I honestly thought it was just me until I read another review who shared similar sentiments, especially about the lack of symmetry. I felt a sense of imbalance for sure and my shoulder injury pain kicked in. I genuinely did not think any of this would have been related till I read the other review about the couples treatment.
