Nice idea, very poor setup

点评：The screen setup is actually nice and carpark arrangement is neat, but the whole experience is utterly ruined by the idea of having to use a FM radio station for the audio. The reason why this makes the experience terrible is that my car battery cannot last the entire movie, which means that the engine needs to be started, and in my case the car lights automatically switch on which goes against the rules of the venue. And the staff come around with the attitude of “it’s not out problem that your auto car lights remain on, just try to keep it off” and don’t offer any understanding or empathy for the situation. On one occasion, I had one staff member tell me that I may need to rent a radio for $20, and when I ask the next attendant who came around if I could rent a radio he sarcastically replied “well, we have limited radios and can’t do that for all 400 cars here, can we?” like I was some kind of imbecile. After about half an hour, our car radio automatically turned off to save battery life and out of respect for the other patrons we just continued watching while listening to the audio from nearby patrons’ cars. Bear in mind, unless the characters in the movie are shouting, dialogue is completely muddled when listening to audio from other people’s cars.
For $75 per person, this was an overwhelmingly unsatisfying experience and I will never do it again especially at that price. If I could offer a suggestion, regarding audio, I would recommend (in addition to radio) using an app like Discord to broadcast audio as it would allow smartphones or tablets to be used, or just simply have a few speakers around.
