Second visit to The Cave

点评：This is the second time I visited in 20 years. 20 years ago, the came began to go through its modernization process. The issue I see this visit is that the modernized features like vertical elevators and digital check in systems are failing and replacement are not integrated with the existing systems.
We have little children, we came with 2 strollers and we were unable to bring the stroller past the parking lot, even though I see multiple features for accessibility that were installed at the time of moderation.
My heart aches to see the lack of maintenance that resulted in this situation. Trillions were spent in 2006-2010 to build up infrastructure in remote provinces. The local people are not familiar with the needs to keep up the more complex machines and technology but also don’t want to pay extra to get it fix while thinking those things aren’t even needed since they lived without it.
