Cute but food lacking
Idle Hour Winery & Kitchen的点评
点评：This place was really cute and I think has a lot of potential and likely was just an off night. We were from out of town so not knowing I made a reservation. When we got there we had a wait several minutes before we were greeted. We were told they were busy and would have to wait (they weren’t busy). But then we realized there was only one waitress so we stayed patient. We were told we could sit inside or out but that the mosquitos were bad on the patio. So we chose inside. Food came out rather quickly even though a single cook was in the kitchen (you can see kitchen from inside). We had the shrimp scampi for appetizer and it was very good. The roasted garlic was especially yummy on the bread. We ordered the ribeye and chicken double to share. It was not good at all. Zero flavor on the ribeye and the chicken was equally as bland. Thank goodness for the sauces on the side because they had good flavor. Super disappointing for a $70 entree. We saw other people order the pork shank and it looked really good and we wished we would have ordered that instead.
