A pricey zoo with pros and cons

点评：We've been coming here for the past 9 years with our children. It use to be a reasonably priced zoo. Last week our family of 4 with two buckets of animal feed was over $100. I'm sure operational cost is expensive. The last 3 visits I've noticed many of the animals weren't out like the lynx, wolves, etc. A lot of the exhibits are ok, the wolf exhibit for example is so over grown and poorly laid out you can barley see them when they are out, the flamingo puddle is depressing, same as the penguin exhibit. The animals show signs of stress (lack of enrichment) you see a lot of the animals that can't be fed by guests pace in pattern A LOT. The black bear especially almost seems to be in a trance the way it paces. I'm not saying these animals are neglected but maybe poorly managed. They don't sell food anymore, just water and slushies at the booth furthest from the entrance.
