Good treatment, good spa area, pool is a let down

点评：Rosario provided excellent service and was very attentive to the treatment card - where pressure, problem areas etc are noted prior to treatment - and was knowledge about her practice and products she was using.
The pool - really not great. Very dark and dingy with a very small amount of room to manoeuvre around the edge of the pool. Open to all hotel guests I believe so a bit less relaxing than we were anticipating.
The changing rooms - good! Secure and had good showers, products on offer and hairdryers
The relaxation room - have seen better, good on the whole but lacked atmosphere through music for example, offer of beverages and lighting. Spa was very clearly overbooked this weekend which was a shame as it meant that the room was at capacity between 10.30am - 1.30pm.
Treatment rooms and therapists were 10/10 as expected from an Elemis spa - beautiful.
Staff went above and beyond to help us when one of our treatments were moved to a later time due to therapist absence - receptionist was lovely and managed the situation well.
