Drift Ocean Terrace Lounge的点评
点评：We rarely write reviews, but was strongly motivated by our negative experience to do so. Would give it a zero if we could. This was our second visit to Drift this year, after having an enjoyable experience for lunch in March.
To begin with after calling to confirm if we could be seated for dinner, we arrived after an expensive cab fare to be seated at a wobbly table. An uninterested waitress took our drink order. We then tried to order our dinner and were advised after making our selections that 70% of the menu was sold out. This included 3 of the 4 items we had selected. This would have been helpful information to provide us when we called earlier in the evening. After ordering the limited available items off the menu we waited an incredibly long time for 2 orders of coconut shrimp, calamari and French fries, in a sparsely filled restaurant. After at least 30 minutes, the food eventually arrived, unapologetically. The food was mediocre and very small servings. Nobody checked on us or cared how we were doing while we ate.
It did not take long to finish our food. Still hungry I had to get up and go the bar and ask for the bill of $220. We will not be returning and would suggest any fast food restaurant as a better alternative. Absolute worst place ever - don’t go there unless you want to throw your money away.
