点评:This had long been on my list to experience and I am so glad my husband and I finally got to! The history of Organ Stop Pizza is a fascinating story, particularly as it relates to the organ itself - one of few left in the world. Being a huge Charlie Chaplin fan, I was delighted to learn that it was instrumental in accompanying Chaplin's films in Chicago! But, I digress. We waited in line about 20 minutes before it opened to make sure we could get a decent spot (TIP: Sit on the upper level.). You order your food the minute the doors open (the gluten-free pizza is wonderful) and grab your seat. There's a big board that will display your order number when your order is ready. From there, head down to the little boxes to grab a request sheet, as well as a pencil, add your requests, and drop it in the box. If you want to hear the real power, request both Phantom of the Opera, as well as the theme song for Dracula - there's even a light show that will accompany those two :). All-in-all, it's fun for everyone!
