Overcooked food, Horrible manager (Dianne)

点评：Hosted a kids B-Day party. 16 kids initially, a few had to leave for another outside event, then 13 kids for Lazer tag and gaming. Party host had to be asked many times for items. Server did her job instead. Food was overcooked ( pizzas, extra pizza and boneless chicken). Also, my kids said spare time added a stranger to our two Lazer tag groups that I paid for. On top of everything, I was overcharged and when I called the manager (Dianne) she was focused on excuses rather than hearing what my concerns were. Dianne continued to cut me off multiple times and was not actively listening to my concerns about our experience. Dianne plans on giving us the 3 gaming cards that the party host omitted. My advice to party goers... Spend your money elsewhere! The food is sub par, the bowling is ok ( if the screen doesn't reset during your games and wipe the data out forcing restart), the Lazer tag took them 10 minutes. You can get a lot more for your money elsewhere - better service and food & entertainment. And if you have a concern, Dianne ( manager) won't let you express yourself. Definitely NOT impressed with spare time.
