Appreciate their efforts to rescue these animals, but the living conditions are poor

点评：Very disappointed in the conditions of this zoo. We went on a sweltering day with my wife and kids, witnessed few people there, and the mess of flies that surrounded these animals was shocking. To be fair the zoo did have some fans blowing on these animals, I presume to keep them cool and blow the flies off, but it truly did little in my opinion. The small enclosure for their large tiger was abysmal. Extraordinarily little area to roam around, makeshift wood structures were in place to provide minimal shade to this animal. You felt sad for this beast. Then the filthy and dirty water I saw in the tortoise’s enclosure was shameful. The water looked moldy! It's sad. I realize these animals were rescued and the place may not get as much funding as needed to accommodate all of them, but the conditions to salvage these poor creatures were subpar from my perspective.
