Good baths and fun, awful customer service

点评：Positives:
- Entry Fee: Family of 2 Adults + 2 Children (with youngest under 6 being free). Cost 14000 HUF; approx €37 for all day entry
- Free Parking
- Large area with lots of pools, slides, grassy areas to sit etc.
- Wave pool really fun, although very crowded at times
- Well sign-posted in multiple languages
Negatives:
- Customer service!
- If you only speak English expect difficulties/challenges at the entrance
My wife spoke Slovak but the specific tellers could only speak Hungarian & German. So through some hand gestures and Google Translate we managed to purchase the family ticket (all good).
After entering through the gates (via the Security Guard who validated our tickets) we realized we forgot to ask about lockers. My wife went with the kids to the other side of the park and I returned to the entrance to ask/purchase lockers. From inside the gate/park I asked the Security Guard (via Google Translate on my phone) where I can purchase locker keys. He pointed to one teller. Again through plenty of challenges and rudeness the teller indicated I could only buy the key with cash. Which made no sense since they have Card Readers there and I had just paid for entry with my debit card. Instead I was told to take out HUF but had no idea how much as I could not understand; and when I asked the teller to show me how much cash she wouldn't.
I decided to give up on this and return to the park. The Security Guard would not let me back in without showing my ticket - which we had just shown him 2 minutes ago and which my wife had with her inside the park. A helpful Hungarian customer who was queueing asked me what was wrong and when I explained to him that I could not get back in, he translated this to the Security Guard. The guard simply wouldn't let me back in, even though I had just come from inside and asked him could I buy a locker key... which is literally right beside him at the entrance.
In the meantime the guard let multiple other people out and back in without showing tickets so I was pretty infuriated at this point. Having to get my wife and kids to trek all the way back to the entrance to show the ticket.
So overall, the park itself is good fun and I probably would return (now that we are better prepared), but the customer service could be vastly improved!
