点评：This was our favorite experience in Malaysia - watching the mother turtle hatch on the beach and releasing the hatchlings was very cool, and all on a beautiful small island we got to enjoy. In the morning, we loved seeing the tracks of all the mother turtles who had nested the night before. We had read about waiting for the turtles so we were prepared with playing cards. I wish more visitors would embrace being on this island park and visit with each other, play games, instead other guests seemed impatient and unfriendly. We thought the accommodations and food were just fine - electricity, room was sizable, a/c, no hot water but we didn't really miss it for one night. Our only letdown is that they no longer rent snorkeling equipment on the island, and do not tell you this at all until you arrive for the boat in Sandakan. There is some equipment for sale, but they were sold out. We could have brought equipment from home, and even though it's not a top snorkeling destination, we had looked forward to it in our time there. It seemed a simple fix to just include snorkeling gear in Crystal Quest's packing list in the message sent before the trip. I contacted them with this suggestion and got no reply, which is disappointing. Besides this failure, it was a top experience.
