Unfair and very disappointing!

点评：I was totally fed up with my experience to this PYO strawberry and Raspberry "farm" earlier today. When we arrived we were told by the man supervising the area for strawberries that the season had been great earlier when the good weather was here, Today you'll need to be satisfied with the smaller fruit. After about 45 minutes (it was raining quite a bit and true enough the fruit was mostly small berries so we went to find raspberries and get a coffee and some food. After finding some disappointing raspberries (again mostly small and not great quality) we went to the cafe!
However - some people returning from their pick to pay for the PYO had baskets with lovely large and great looking strawbs. I asked them where they had been picking to find these and the reply was - "down there" pointing to an area of the picking fields where there were no "lanes" open when we had arrived and been directed elsewhere - and added "they opened up a new area about half an hour ago!".
I asked to speak to the manager but was told he had just gone off somewhere and was eventually directed to one of the young staff working in the pay / cafe area. I explained and asked if I could go and pick some "new berries" as I was disappointed with the ones we had been allowed access to - and had already paid for. He said he would phone the manager and ask advice. He came back and informed me the answer was "Of course you can go pick some more - but you will have to pay again"!
I tried to explain this was totally unfair and all the available areas should be made available to all those arriving - but while the young employee agreed he said my request was not possible.

这太不公平了，太令人失望了——付了钱采摘，结果却买到了质量较差的浆果，而其他后来的人却能吃到质量好得多的浆果！以后再也不会去了。
