Good Natured River Tours的点评
点评：Disappointed, we were not contacted that the tour was cancelled due to weather in the area. We drove 1-1/2 hours to take the tour, which was from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
There was a flag at the docks next to their boat that said “Open.” There was absolutely nothing indicating that the tour was cancelled! Also, their boat wasn’t as clean as I would have expected.
We called Good Natured twice, the calls went to voice mail, but I left messages. I also sent an email. In the meantime time two potential customers showed up hoping to take the tour as well. We explained our situation and they left.
We found another company close by and booked with them, which ended up being a fantastic tour and there was no weather in the area to cause this company to cancel their tour. This company’s boat was very clean and had friendly staff.
While we were the new tour, Good Natured River Tours called explaining that our number was missed, to let us know their tour was cancelled and wanted us to rebook. I told them we were currently on another river tour. They did refund the money two days later.
