点评：So very disappointing. They promised an amazing ride, along side ocean and on trails. Absolutely horrible from the very beginning. Here is what actually happened.
Arrived on time. No horses prepared. Seemed to be disagreement on what horses to use. The person leading the trail was amazing. Unfortunately he did not have a horse and stated he would walk beside us.
Once on horses we were lead on open lane thoroughfare. Cars and trucks from both directions. At first the horses were ok. Once the trucks and cars started coming there was no place for horses to go. We were not a mile out before my horse started to get so afraid. She started backing up and turning around. It was NOT her or the trail guides fault!! This was NO Where near the beach and it was UNSAFE! We needed to (I actually asked to and agreed to turn around).
I am beyond disappointed! Worse, when asking for refund, they only refunded the cost of the trail ride, $400. The owner kept the tip required upfront of $80. I have no idea if the trail guide received the tip. Also the required tip was for a service we did not receive. I traveled over one thousand miles for this to be a meaningful part of my trip and experience.
Worse than all of this, the owner kept texting me, asking me to come back and stating she would have horses we could ride. Which makes no sense, since if she had horses why on earth she would not have prepared to begin with. Shame on her.
I hope this review is helpful from saving the time and money of taking a trip for a once in a lifetime event to only be met with poor horse care, inability to ride, misleading trail information, and being charged for service (tip or not) never received.

更糟糕的是，店主还不断给我发短信，邀请我再去，还说她那里有马可以骑。这根本说不通——如果真有马的话，她为什么一开始就不做好准备呢？真可耻。希望这篇评论能帮大家省下时间和金钱——免得特意远道而来进行一生仅此一次的体验，结果却遭遇马匹照料不周、无法骑马、路线信息误导，甚至为根本没享受到的服务付费（无论是否包含小费）。
