点评：Absolute worse customer experience I have ever encountered!
Do not use this tour company if ANDRE is working. I was there with my elderly parents and asked to be in a single kayak while my parents shared a double. The woman working said that was fine (she was very nice). Then, Andre started screaming about how it wasn’t OK and I needed to share a kayak with a stranger. He was making a scene so I asked him to have a quiet conversation and tried to explain why I made the request (I didn’t want a stranger to have go slow so I could stay close to my parents and help them). He didn’t let me get one word out before he started screaming in my face again. I asked him several times to please take it down a notch and stop yelling. He refused and said I wasn’t going to be allowed to go on the tour if I asked him to stop screaming again. So, I walked away. Then, he pointed at people and demanded “you! Stand over there!”. He talked to people like they were misbehaving dogs and not paying customers who were being polite and quiet. He then approached me again, got in my face, and started screaming at me again. I couldn’t believe it. I just walked away. I have no idea what this guy’s issue is, but I have never encountered someone so aggressive and rude. He should not be working with people. I strongly recommend using a different company until Andre is fired.
