点评：This was our favorite winery, by far. We were lucky to visit during harvest, and the owner shared the grapes before we were tasting the wine. I am still blown away by how much I like Chianti - I’ve not had a single one that agreed with me in all the long years, and then found myself with a wide variety of excellent vintages that put my previous experiences to shame. The range is astounding, from the light and easily drinkable rose to the riserva that has a deep inky flavor. Even better, we got to taste wines from the top and bottom of the same vineyard. A highly enjoyable and educational experience, in a perfect setting of breathtaking views with lovely and substantial food that complemented the wines very well. Style wise, the wines tend to be low sugar, with complex aromata and well integrated oak. They hit my preferred flavor profile like no other Chianti before. Must visit, I am looking forward to coming back.
