点评：Disappointing experience during my recent visit to the temple:
While purchasing incense sticks, we politely asked whether Touch ‘n Go (TNGO) was accepted as a payment method. The nun at the counter—who was bald and appeared to be managing the incense stick section—responded in an extremely rude manner. She abruptly threw a stack of money on the table and said, "No TNGO! You don’t see the sign meh? Read!", followed by a cold stare and an eye roll.
This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on the temple, especially considering that it’s a popular tourist destination. Many visitors may not be familiar with the payment system, and we believe that basic courtesy should be shown to everyone.
Hope the management to look into this matter seriously and ensure that front-line personnel uphold the values of kindness, patience, and respect that are expected in such a sacred space.
