普吉岛榕树SPA的点评
点评：The spa experience I had at Banyan Tree Phuket was truly exceptional. It was more than just a massage—it was a place where I genuinely felt healed.
What made it even more special was the setting. Instead of being in a regular massage room inside a building, I was led outdoors to a private, standalone villa-style treatment room, which added a luxurious and serene touch to the whole experience.
Deana, the therapist who took care of me, was incredibly skilled. I ended up receiving massages from her three times during my stay in Phuket! She was not only very kind but also communicated fluently in English, which made everything even more comfortable.
One of the receptionists, a lady with short hair(I’m not sure if her name was Ms. Ya), recognized me every time I visited, which made me feel very welcomed and at ease. Even on the day before I left, I happened to run into her at the hotel, and she was the first to greet me and ask how I was doing. That small gesture left a big impression on me.
All the spa staff, including Khun Aom, were incredibly kind and welcoming. It really made the experience even more special.
Overall, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Thank you!!
