Observation deck was underwhelming, but the restaurant was wonderful!

点评：Better late than never! After several trips to KL, neither myself or my husband had ever been to KL Tower, so we made the effort to go on our honeymoon. It was a bit of effort to get to, about a 15 minute walk from the nearest metro station, and then a bit of a hike up the hill. There is a free shuttle bus that you will take you up the hill, but we decided to walk rather than wait. There's a shortcut via a staircase about halfway up, although we did struggle to find the entrance to the tower! Once in, we got in line for what we thought was buying tickets, but discovered it was actually just for security and we had to wait in a different line for tickets. We were offered a deal to have lunch at the revolving restaurant, which seemed to be decent value, so we went for it. Once we'd bought our tickets, we were immediately escorted to the lifts (worth the extra just for that!) and taken up to the restaurant. We hadn't paid extra for a window seat, but we could see well enough, and were able to go to the window for better views any time we wanted. The buffet was extensive and we enjoyed everything we ate, as well as our fancy drinks. It was really lovely to just sit with our meals and drinks and watch the views slowly go by.
Regular entry was also included with lunch, so when we had finished, we took the lift up to the observation deck to see what was there. The observation deck was actually pretty disappointing, and we were so glad we'd decided to go with the lunch! The observation deck was only on one side, unlike the restaurant which had 360 degree views. The balustrade was very thick and solid, and was difficult to work around for photos. It was fun to be outside though (although windy!). We didn't go into the glass box as there was quite a wait. If we hadn't done the lunch, we probably would have felt it was necessary to do that to make it worthwhile.
While in the area, we also visited the Eco Park.

翻译：迟到总比不到好！我和丈夫去过吉隆坡好几次，但都没去过吉隆坡塔，所以我们决定去度蜜月。去那里有点费劲，从最近的地铁站步行大约15分钟，然后还要爬一段山。那里有免费的接驳车可以带你上山，但我们决定步行而不是等。半山腰有一条楼梯可以抄近路，虽然我们费了好大劲才找到塔的入口！进去后，我们以为是去买票，结果发现其实只是安检，我们不得不排另一条队去买票。工作人员给我们提供了在旋转餐厅吃午餐的优惠，感觉很划算，所以我们就去了。买完票后，我们立即被护送到电梯（光是这点额外付费就值了！），然后被带到了餐厅。我们没有额外付费选择靠窗的座位，但视野足够开阔，而且可以随时走到窗边欣赏更美的风景。自助餐种类丰富，我们很享受每一道菜，还有我们精心挑选的饮品。坐在那里，一边享用美食和饮品，一边欣赏窗外缓缓流逝的景色，真是惬意极了。
午餐也包含常规入场费，所以吃完午餐后，我们乘电梯上了观景台，想看看那里有什么。观景台其实相当令人失望，我们很庆幸自己选择了午餐！观景台只有一侧，不像餐厅那样有360度的全景视野。栏杆又厚又硬，很难绕过去拍照。不过，在外面也挺有意思的（虽然风很大！）。我们没有进去玻璃盒子里，因为要等很久。如果我们没有吃午餐，我们可能会觉得有必要进去看看，这样才值得。
