点评：Terrible experience here yesterday! Brought 2 children and 2 babies! First impressions was good we attended the Halloween party, then we sat down for our meals, where the staff brought out only 3 out of 4 children’s meals! When questioned the manager I presume came over with her paper to say well we have 2 toddlers which is correct and also 2 babies, she then when on to say that babies are not included in the meals, I asked why not? And she replied because there admission only? No where on the advertisement/ booking platform did it state that 0-1 was admission only for a £1! It was 0-1 1-4 the adults! So we was under the impression babies well 11 month olds would get a hot meal! Manager continued to say no it’s definitely on there! I made her bring it up on her phone to actually find it was not on there! This is miscommunication as per your advertisement babies are getting the same as a 1-4 year old!! And leaving a little boy out of a meal! And we would have to pay for a meal for him! Absolutely fuming about the our friends little ones sitting there with no food! I said well we need to feed him), she then said oh we have a meal waiting so I’ll get someone to bring it out! And that she will leave it this time and made sure it’s on the website for next time. After the children finished there meals she then came over asking if we was paying cash or card for the meal we had just argued about due to her lack of communication and false advertising! Her Customer service skills are awful! Couldn’t even look me in the eyes! First and last time I will be visiting! Clearly needs the £4.95 more than me! The thing I find odd if there was 2 babies at the table and she was questioning just 1 babies meal when if she was in the right she would have asked for both babies to have paid for the meals and not 1!
