点评:The second vist and again not great. Some of the staff are lovely and kind and some are not Tola was so kind but the lady with the short blonde hair was not.
My friend is very unwell and cannot really eat many food items and I asked to swap the sausage from the childrens menu which she cannot eat for bacon. The way Sarah made my friend feel was unforgiveable. She was almost aggressive and showed no empathy I understand there is a no swap policy which I think is outdated and unusual and needs to be revised as I am sure many people ask to swap items but is was the way she went about it. Thankfully the delighthtful manager stepped in I think it was Abbey? And helped to rectify the situation. The food is hit and miss, my Fishfinger Bun was not good at all. The tartare sauce had no taste. There was pretty much no fish inside the the thick batter it was cheap ingredients for sure and badly cooked. but felt I couldn't complain again.
You almost get a feeling when you are there that they are doing you a favour by serving you. A bit of a pretentious vibe.
