Best Small Group Tour in Akureyri

点评：Rikky was the owner/driver/guide for our full day tour when we stopped at Akureyri during our 74 day cruise. I have found this tour company on one of the Cruise Critic RollCall website postings. It had a good review so I contacted Rikky as soon as we booked our cruise. She was very helpful to choose which tour (their website has an extensive information about the tours they offer).
She has been in the touring industry for many years so she knows where to go and see. She is also a world traveler herself so she understands what we are looking for.
Six of us signed up for the Lake Mývatn & Godafass tour. She was there when we got off the ship and the vehicle was very comfortable for a full day tour. We also stopped at a local beer brewery, her favorite restaurant for super fresh fish lunch (she called ahead so everything was ready when we arrived - saved precious time). All the spots she took us besides what was listed were so interesting (a spot where the Earth split into Europe and North America millions of years ago etc. ). She was willing to show us more but we had to return to the ship by 4 pm.
We still talk about her tour. We visited Ireland, Scotland, England, Norway, Greenland and Netherlands on our 74 day cruise but her tour in Iceland was one of the top 3 if not the best - beautiful nature and wild animals we saw. A wonderful guide like Rikky makes it so pleasant and memorable. She is professional, knowledgeable, and super nice! I will definitely recommend no17!!!
