点评:We stayed in a nearby air bnb which was great! Saturday was snowboard lessons for the kids. They had a great time, the instructors were amazing and the team in the rental shop were incredibly helpful. Sunday we did snowtubing which was also a fantastic time. The employees there were good. One MAJOR disappointment was the restaurant at the lodge. We were a large group and we walked in off the slopes after a few of us had already been in getting drinks. The entire group came back in through the same door and we found an empty table to sit. The staff ignored us for a good 15 min until we were told we needed to move because they had a reservation coming in. So we went to the front to put our name on the list where we were confronted with inept and rude host staff. We got our names on the list where we were told it would be 40min wait. We went to walk around a bit where we got a text saying there was only one party in front of us so we walked around a bit longer and came back 30min after we left and sat in the lobby area. When we check to see the status we were told it would be another 90min and serve a dose of snide attitude while we waited. Meanwhile as we sat in the lobby we saw multiple groups walk up and be seated. This was a Saturday and understandably was busy but the rudeness of the host staff and inability to communicate basic concepts like waitlist and time are disappointing to someone who has been to Bryce both winter and summer times for the activities provided. Word of warning as well is members of our group are travel advisors there for the first time to see the resort and amenities and they were less than impressed with how they were treated at the Copper Kettle.
