Biofluorescence Odyssey: a shipwreck of disorganised disinterest

点评：We read an Australian newspaper review that recommended Entopia by Night so I booked a Biofluorescent Odyssey for 2 online last Saturday at 7pm for MYR 98 each. It was not a positive experience. We arrived by Grab 15mins early to an empty carpark and not a sign of life, or indeed any direction about where to go. At 7pm a roller door opened and staff emerged. Other guests appeared from parked cars apparently more knowledgeable about the 'process'. We were checked in and directed to go immediately to the restaurant, which was completely empty when we arrived. After choosing a table and sitting down a staff member appeared and told us not to sit down before registering. This set the scene for a team of restaurant staff who were surly, disinterested and apparently intent on getting us back out of the door as quickly as possible. The second and third courses of our meals were both served before one of us had finished the previous course.
The food itself was very tasty and enjoyable. The restaurant experience, was however, totally sour.
The 'luminosity' promotion of the meal was underwhelming / non-existent. Nobody bothered to tell us that the device on the table activated UV lighting.
Having finished our meal in record time we had no idea what to do next. "Go out the door and follow the path was the instruction". After wandering about thinking (stupidly) we might see butterflies we stumbled upon a guided tour demonstrating biofluorescence through 4 stations. So began our Entopia by Night experience quite by accident.
The instructions by the staff member experts and insights provided into biofluorescence were fascinating, very well presented and highly recommended.
Apparently other activities were part of the package, but who knows.
We were given absolutely no guidance, direction or printed material before, during or after our visit to enable us to enjoy our time there as we should have. Two words sum up our experience: disorganised shambles.

在参观之前、期间和之后，我们完全没有得到任何指导、指示或印刷品，无法让我们像应该的那样享受这段时光。两个词概括了我们的体验：混乱不堪。
食物本身非常美味可口。然而，在餐厅的体验却完全令人失望。
