点评：We recently returned from a wonderful vacation across South India with our extended family – 10 people including 3 children – and had an unforgettable experience, thanks to South India Tours and Travels.
Our itinerary took us from Kochi to Munnar, Madurai, Rameshwaram, Thekkady, and finally some relaxing days on the beach in Marari. Throughout the trip, communication with the agency was smooth and transparent. Revathy was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating to our specific needs and preferences. What stood out was that she even checked in with us during our journey to ensure everything was going according to plan – something we've rarely experienced with other travel agencies.
A special shoutout to our driver, who was not only highly skilled and experienced but also extremely courteous and thoughtful. He suggested scenic stops along the way and was mindful of our dietary preferences, recommending some great restaurants. Small touches like providing complimentary bottles of water in the van made a big difference and were much appreciated.
