Amazing views of the city, overshadowed by rude staff!

点评：The cable car ride in Tirana was a truly memorable experience. The views over the city and surrounding mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and the journey itself was smooth and enjoyable. It's definitely one of the highlights of the area and well worth doing for the scenery alone. Parking was free and the cost was affordable, around £12 per person return.
However, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of one of the staff members assisting with boarding. When we politely requested to wait for our own separate cable car - something we were more than willing to do, especially since we were the only people on the platform at the time - we were met with hostility. The staff member became visibly angry, raised his voice, and insisted that we had to share due to the service being “busy,” despite no one else being present.
What made the situation worse was his unprofessional demeanor. He was smoking near the boarding area, smelled strongly of alcohol, and continued to yell at us instead of handling the situation calmly or respectfully. It left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.
While the cable car itself and the views are worth experiencing, I hope the management addresses these staffing issues to ensure future visitors can fully enjoy this attraction without being subjected to similar treatment.
