点评：I visited today and paid a significant amount for entry, only to find out that there was no Blue Light Card discount available.
Upon entering, I discovered that half of the climbing walls were unusable due to a competition held the previous day. When I asked why I was charged full price for essentially "half the experience," I was met with nothing more than a smile and a shrug. I was also informed that this situation would remain the same for the next two weeks, until the next competition.
Additionally, the lack of top rope options was surprising, with the few that were available being located uncomfortably close to the children's Crazy Climb area. I’ve never seen a climbing center in the UK with only four auto-belayers, which is another disappointment.
To make matters worse, the limited rope areas were crowded by families and kids, mixing inexperienced bystanders with belayers—a setup that seemed dangerous and poorly managed. It felt like an accident waiting to happen.
In short, make sure to check what’s available before paying, or you’ll be charged for a full experience while only getting half. The coffee was passable, but the flapjack was probably the highlight of the visit.
