点评：The location was lovely. The staff, not so much. I signed in at 2pm and my daughter in law paid £35. We had to go back to the car for £10 cash for the deposit and to change into shorts. The younger boys of the party of 4 wanted to go to toilet. By the time we got back it was 2.15pm. There was a kayaker paying his £10 deposit in front of me, I then handed ours over. We eventually got into a pedalo at 2.20pm. We had a good time and the scenery was stunning. We even saw an Osprey. We peddled back at 2.15pm to be greeted by the owner frantically waving us in. He told us there were lots of people waiting. They must have been invisible though. We were well within the 1 hour time slot so we were a bit surprised at his attitude. We all got out and I wandered back to the counter for the deposit to be returned. He told me we were over our time slot by 15 minutes and he would keep £5 of the deposit. I disputed this as the kayaker who was handing his deposit over had come in the same time. The owner then looked at the list at the time we had signed in and said we signed in at 2pm. I told him we might have signed in then but we didn't get in the pedalo until 2.20pm after the kayaker was given his boat. After a while of ridiculous haggling I told him to keep it. He then followed me out returning the money, saying he didn't want me to have a bad experience. Too late. He ruined what had been a lovely hour floating on Loch Faskally with his attitude towards us. One hour is one hour from when you get in the pedalo, not when you sign in. As in our case 20 minutes had elapsed prior to getting in. If he counts 1 hour from signing in, this should be stated and then literally prior to entering boat people could then sign in and get the time advertised. It's not cheap by a long shot and customers are entitled to get the full hour in the boat. If he replies to this any different or tries to distort what happened in his favour. The facts are exactly as I have written.
