Dirty theater, uncaring employees
West Warren Theatre的点评
点评：This entire place is an absolute nightmare. We went to see Deadpool on opening day, so of course the theater was extra busy. That being said, there were about 15 employees standing in the hallways chit chatting with each other and playing on their phones. Instead they could have been running the second concession stand so that people didn't need to wait so long for concessions.
Not only could they be running the other stand, but they could be cleaning or helping organize the mass of people trying to get into different theaters.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I went in before movie and there was feces everywhere, toilet paper everywhere, all the sinks were running and clogged, the entire bathroom was wet and every single stall was full of dirty, used toilet paper.
I understand that this was an abnormally busy movie day, but the fact that so many employees were standing around doing nothing was disheartening given the condition of the place
