点评：Our family has been shopping at Trident Jewelers for 30+ years. We had many good experiences in the past but things seem to have changed with the next generation. In April 2024 my family stopped by during a cruise stop to shop and see old friends. It turned out we didn't know anyone working there but they got our old favorite salesperson on the phone and we chatted with him and were assured that we would be taken care of as in the past. (Maybe we were!) I had jewelry to trade in that I had previously purchased there and was in the market for some new items. I loved a bracelet that was not in my size and was told that I should purchase it now, it was somewhat usable, and that Steven would order a new one and send it to me and pay for the return of the old one. This now seems like a stupid mistake on my part. Cut to a year later and I have no new bracelet and Steven is not at all interested in helping me get it. He keeps saying he will look into it and has excuses every time about why he hasn't. We also did not get an itemized receipt (also dumb on my part, but great past history!) so I do not know the price of the bracelet in order to try to sell it. The ring that my sister in law purchased was taken to a jeweler in the states and was told that her ring was not new as she had been led to believe, it showed signs of wear/age that could only be seen with the jeweler's loupe. Use extreme caution when shopping here. They have not been honest with us.
