点评：I came to your store today to purchase a new pair of trainers and a tracksuit for my friend who has just recovered from cancer, the way we were treated was unbelievable. I have been a customer all my life , we were followed all around the store and made to feel like we were thieving. When I asked for assistance from a member of staff , the girl looked at us like dirt. It was a very uncomfortable experience, the rest of the members of staff at your store continued to follow us around, I spent just under £500 pounds today alone, as I’ve said I’ve been a customer all my life. As we were purchasing our item at the till, they were very rude and stalled us, even after I told them I had a hospital appointment to go to. After all of this, as we finally purchased our items we were then followed out the door by members of staff, only for the alarms to go off! Then on top of this one of the members off staff made a comment saying , “that was inevitable” I have never been treated like this in any store in my life! I am so upset, I have spent thousands of pounds for years in your store. And after that experience I feel uneasy returning to your store with my friend.
