Whiteley Shopping的点评
点评：A great place to visit. Virtually chav free & shopping how it should be in pleasant surroundings. There are McDonald's & Burger King for the fast foodies amongst us but they are pleasant fast food restaurants as well as Subway, Greggs & the other traditional type dining ones as well as Costa, Harvester etc.
It is not the biggest shopping centre but it does surpirise with M&S, Flying Tiger, Clarks, Boots, Specsavers & Sports Direct all existing close to each other.
Parking is free for 4 hours in the MAIN CAR PARKS. And just a pound an hour up to 2 extra hours. Free after 6pm.
Market Square & Tesco car park have differing rules. So simply check where you park & read the signs! Buses to Whiteley are apx hourly Mon to Sat ONLY Firstbus services 28 & 28A from Fareham & Swanwick.
Nearest rail station is Swanwick. Apx 30 to 40 min walk away (or get the bus as a Fareham Plusbus ticket from your departure railway station as Whiteley is included in the Fareham zone from Fareham railway station or indeed Swanwick railway stn if you are travelling through Swanwick stn to get to Fareham allowing you to alight at Swanwick instead). There is some signposting if walking but use Google Maps!
