Nice outdoor venue for the summer months

点评：Nice venue for outdoor concerts, right off the Garden State Parkway. It was innovative at the time, built like a flying saucer, and is still cool looking. Concerts are during the summer months so you will run into shore traffic. especially if you come from the North and are heading South. My advice is to leave early for the concert. Parking is also challenging.They do have shuttle buses, free of charge, that will take you up to venue since the parking lots are quite a walk from the venue itself. These do run regularly and efficiently. Food, as expected, is a bit pricey, but you can't bring anything in. Plenty of restrooms, but do expect lines.
We Alanis Morrisette this evening with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts opening up for her. Alanis was awesome and Joan Jett still rocks. We had lawn seats, which are cheap and the way to go, but weather can factor in, and they typically don't cancel a show unless the weather is very bad. You can bring a blanket in, but cannot bring your own chairs in. They must be rented. Still, lawn seats are the way to go for a cheaper concert experience.
