Poor management: Wet cement and tools left everywhere for people to trip over and customers not alerted to this

点评：Positive: Nice waitress. I had a coffee and a toastie which were both fine. Not too expensive.
Negative: Health & Safety Hazards
Top of the steps to come down into the cafe area was being re-cemented by a man who did not put any sign or any barrier to prevent people walking onto wet cement and left his tools and equipment all over the pavement directly in front of this cafe/bar for people to trip over and he himself was nowhere to be seen. Worst of all is that the people working at Sunset Bar did nothing to prevent customers coming down those steps or to inform them and it was left to other customers to tell new customers to use the other set of steps, just as they were about to step into wet cement! Also, lot of people drinking pints well before noon and lots of smoking. Yes, they were outside in the sunny area, but it means that if you are a non-smoker, you will likely be breathing in lots of second hand smoke.
