Happy memories spoilt by hostile waiters.

点评：This bar has gone completely downhill. The waiter was rude, muttering “venga, venga” (come on, come on) under his breath, delivering drinks but killing any sense of fun. I was told I was “standing in the wrong place” and ordered to sit down — even though our booth was full and I wasn’t blocking anyone. When I calmly discussed my disapproval of this I was then asked to leave.
When I pointed out I’d brought friends who were spending money on cocktails, I was told, “I don’t want you to bring in friends.” Wow.
We were a polite family group with children and grandparents, not rowdy tourists — yet treated with outright hostility. If this is how regulars are spoken to, it’s no surprise the place is emptying out. The male waiters behave like they don’t like British customers, so best to take your money — and your fun — elsewhere.
