Excellent lifeguards who made busy day enjoyable

点评：Most importantly, this place is staffed by competent lifeguards who aren’t your usual Saturday crowd teenagers. We went during some of the hottest and busiest days of the year and the place was heaving. There were lifeguards on chairs as well as roaming around the sides and they were proactively patrolling the place letting people have a good time but stopping people being inconsiderate twits. It meant that the pool was fun for teenagers horse playing and younger kids just splashing about, even though it was rammed.
Facilities are a little long in the tooth but well maintained. Changing rooms could have been cleaner by the end of the day,and a shame the cafe only really serves junk food. Lockers need a 20p.
