Rude staff and expensive for what it actually is

点评：Don’t bother, there are much better soft plays with friendly staff around to give your hard earned money too. For a 6 year old and 11month old it was £13 for only 90 minutes!
When you arrived your shoes are taken off you and you are told there is a time limit of 90minutes. Prior to going to planet play I was unaware there was a time limit or I wouldn’t have bothered.
We accidentally went over our time by 20 minutes, I had a baby with me and just got carried away unaware of time, when I realised I went to get my other little boys shoes and they told me it was an extra £2 for going over the time limit! You would have thought this would have been specific when we signed it! I did try apologising to the rude lady on the counter and said well you knew the time and it’s not her fault I didn’t check the time. I said her attitude was very rude and we won’t be bothering and and she just said fine, don’t come back. Very rude
The play are it’s self was clean, not the biggest but fine
