Giant's Causeway & Bushmills Railway的点评
点评：I can only wholeheartedly agree with recent reviews I have read about the attitude of staff at Bushmills train station.
I was hoping to use the toilet at the station after a long walk and I did politely ask I may add. I was carrying my very tiny dog. Firstly I was told to get my dog off the premises in a very impertinent manner and then I was told I could not use the toilets because they were not public toilets. I came away feeling very angry and quite frankly sad. I know rules are rules but I am a local living in an area of outstanding beauty visited by tourists from all over the world. Our reputation for friendliness is renown worldwide and to be met with such rudeness and insolence is quite frankly disgraceful and unacceptable. My faith in humanity, courtesy and kindness has been severely dented and I think a review of staff social skills and a course in hospitality should be a top priority in this so called tourist attraction.
