Finally, I messaged them on Facebook on 18th May, and they responded after one week.
They offered to get someone to call me to sort it out, but by this point I was not confident that I would be able to book my surf lesson without going through all the same hassle that I had already gone through, so I requested a refund on my voucher. I have had no reply since, despite messaging them repeatedly on Facebook (the only way I can get a response - which is merely an automated message saying someone will get back to me).
The timeframe I was hoping to book my surf lesson for (a week's holiday in Cornwall from 7th-14th June) has now passed. I originally tried to contact them one full month before this to book it, but have been unable to do so.
