Some parts of the program should be improved

点评：We, family of 4 adults, have booked the Lesedi Cultural Village tour some months in advance. It was mid-day tour with lunch. We arrived by our car. The parking area is ok, we managed even to find a place very close to the entrance. The tour started on time. The first part in which we played the drums was too long and therefore became boring. Fortunately later the tour across all parts of the village started and it was the best part of the tour. All people who booked this tour were divided into two groups, good size (as I remember about 15-20 people each). The lady who was our guide was fantastic. Good communication and as our daughter is walking slowly because of disability, the guide was all the time taking care of her, didn’t start explanation before we arrived to the next stage of the tour, also taking care about the good seat for our daughter at each stage. There was also nice dancing show. Finally the buffet lunch and then another problem appeared. Beyond tour participants there were many other people, so there were big queues to the lunch. We didn’t foresee it as there was nothing in the in the information about the tour, it was something unusual. We couldn’t stay long time (I think abut as least 40 minutes) to get the meal as we had to return our car to avoid the additional day payment. So it was the poor part of the tour which has to be improved. We left without any meal.
